Hi,

I will draft DropShipping Agreement document to provide a framework for the sale of supplier's products to the Vendor's customers on its website. This form is drafted in favour of the Vendor.

The Vendor desires to sell and promote the products offered by the Supplier on its Website and agrees to give sales and/or orders relating to the Products to the Supplier pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

These terms and conditions shall apply to all Orders for Products in response to which the Supplier provides the Products to the Customers of the Reseller to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions.

The Order constitutes an offer by the Vendor to purchase the Products for delivery to its Customer subject to this Agreement. Each Order will be deemed accepted by the Supplier.
